Slow service. Stood at the counter for 5 min before anyone even acknowledged me being there. 3 people working on the drive thru line while people stacked up at the counter. This place has sucked...

This is a typical full size DD location. It's clean and the staff is friendly and quick. I go to this location regularly and use both walk in and drive through. The only reason for the 3 out of 5 rating is the type of...restaurant. Compared to other fast food type places I'd give them a 5 out of 5.

We have five Dunkin donuts, a Starbucks, and a bunch of other coffee options around us on a daily basis. But we drive out of our way just to go to this particular one. The service is great, they get orders correct EVERY TIME, friendly...staff, and I haven't had a burnt coffee yet in four years. Keep up the great work!!
