poor service and coffee, stale doughnut at 7am

no greeting from the staff, do they provide any training? Coffee tasted like hot water with cream. Got a stale, cold doughnut at 7am. Will not be going back.

I don't always like waiting 20 minutes for the Starbucks line and there's never anybody here. There really should be! Fast service, good coffee and reasonable prices :)
