Good coffee and hot chocolate

Stopped for coffee, hot chocolate, munchkins and an apple fritter. They had coffee and hot chocolate, but no munchkins or apple fritters. It was 8 p.m. and they close at 10 p.m., so it seems odd they were missing these basic items with no explanation...given. Service/customer interaction was underwhelming.

I love Dunkin' solely for having vegan options. Also this location has a cute mixed guy at the window some evenings who has great customer service skills lol

Wish I could put a zero stars. The employees here are like brain washed trolls. They know nothing. It's like talking to a pet and their heads twitch left and right but nothing registers in that...

Significantly better than on Devine Street. Good, fast service and food. The coffee is dependable. I'm glad I found a good Dunks here in Columbia.
