Duke's is reminiscent of an early 1940s beach house and is decorated with Koa wood walls, tropical plants, Hawaiian artifacts and Huntington Beach memorabilia depicting the California beach lifestyle.

Named after Duke Kahanamoku, the father of contemporary surfing, this beachy cool restaurant – one of a chain throughout Hawaii and California – brings an aloha vibe to the mainland. Located at the foot of the HB Pier, Duke’s has a prime view of the surfers and beach bunnies frolicking by the seashore. First we had to sit in the bar area with children (self seating). Then our drinks were watered down and we had to request that our drinks be replaced. Two people in out party ordered fish and it was over cooked and again we had to order something else. I would not recomend Duke's nor will I ever rerturn.

This is a great place to dine whether you're going for a date, with your family or just a friend. I love the location, ambience and friendly servers. The food is excellent as well. During Summer, Duke's offer a nice view of the beach and events. It's worth the go!
