I have been shopping at The Duck Pond for 10 years for my granddaughters and for gifts for others. It is not suitable to have young children "pawing" through merchandise (it is an expensive shop) and certainly not appropriate to have children test boundaries by being "loose" from their mothers (firm) grip......and the owners have a right (and obligation to the rest of us who shop there to keep...

For a specialty Childrens Boutique I was quite saddened by the behavior of the owner/shop. I went in to browse over the weekend with my Aunt and two children. I turned my back for only a minute to find this woman screaming at the top of her lungs at my 5 yr old son!
I could not believe her! All because he decided to pick up a hat. First of all I would not expect this kind of unprofessional behavior from a retail shop. It is a shop where people go to look and purchase. She screamed at the top of her lungs for my child to get out of her store!!!!! I was in complete shock. I asked her not to...
