We went to the Dublin Sewing Center in Joann's to purchase an embroidery machine plus software. After waiting for the person to get back from lunch, we had to wait again for her to finish helping another customer. If and when the Dublin Sewing Center is open, and don't try calling the number it is out of service. Sad part is I have mentioned this to a few of their employees. After waiting 45 minutes to be waited on, 2 months ,and several trips down there to finally received the hoop I orderd. They had the nerve to accused me of not paying for it. I have found it is hit or miss with the Dublin Sewing Center. My first trip there to take in a very old machine to have serviced, I was met with some pretty grouchy ladies. I bought a sewing machine from them in late 2007. They let me test the machines at length. The salesperson patiently and very knowledgeably showed me all the features of the machines that we agreed fit my budget and my sewing plans, I came back several times before making a decision, and I was able to lower the price by having things "thrown in". After being told on the phone, that they had what we wanted, we drove 150 miles, that day,, no, they did not have the model we wanted, been sold out for several days. They got us to select a different model, that they had on the floor and in stock, they processed my credit card, oops, then it turns out, they made a mistake, they do not have that model either.
