Office has terrible customer service. Every time I called I had to leave a message and wait days for them to call me back. The provider is very thorough but the staff thinks you serve them instead of the patient is served.

Dr. Nicholson was great. He listened to my complaints and then with out hesitation came up with a plan to help relieve my chronic pain. Dr. Nicholson spent a lot of time with the appointment and made me feel like he cares about his patients. The staff was very nice and efficient. By far the best in the area, takes the time to listen and gets to know you. Front desk and medical staff have been very friendly too. He knows what he is doing and wants best for his patients.
