Employees are friendly, but the drycleaning service is subpar. Everytime I have items cleaned several items come back looking dirty. Also, button-collared shirts are not rebuttoned so the ironing on the collar causes it to hang funny. I used to go to a different Dry Clean Super Center in Coppell, TX before we moved and the results were at least 10x better than this location.

Trent Prewitt- Owner/ Very personable and passionate about his customers and business.
Staff- Willing to get the job done. All seem to have experience and knowledge and all have Great customer service. (great price too)
Billy- The sweetest man Ever !! He was willing to help in every way.
I am a returning customer and choose not to use any other !

I took ONE dry clean only blouse....they decided to gentle cycle wash it for me for $3. Geez thanks, I could have done that at home for free. Needless to say, they ruined it. Why wash a dry clean only shirt, THATS WHY I TOOK IT TO A DRY CLEANERS?????!!!!
