What a great business!
Had Don from the Boise franchise clean my carpets today and the results were fantastic. Not only was he very personable and thorough, my carpet looks amazing. I had tough animal stains and the carpet looks basically new. Thanks Don and helper for a great experience. I would highly recommend this service to everyone.

I had my carpets cleaned for the first time this past weekend. It had been 5+ years since they had been cleaned and after years of a muddy dog and high traffic, boy did they need it! Derrick was wonderful, thorough and the carpets look fantastic!!! Thanks!!!!

Fantastic experience all around
This has, by far, been my best experience ever with a carpet cleaning company. The customer service was excellent. They showed up when they said they were going to. I was happy with the estimate and they did the job right then and there even though it was late in the day. I was a little skeptical that they might not be able to get the carpets cleaned because I have two toddlers and a dog so there were lots of spots on the carpet. I waited to post my message because I wanted to see if the stains would come back. So far so good.
I did pay more than what I paid with the last carpet cleaning company I used but it was definitely worth it. Premium service - higher price. I am very, very pleased with this service and will most definitely recommend them to all of my friends, and use them again in the future.

Well worth the money
I actually thought the price was incredibly reasonable and it got up all my stains. We are very pleased and will do it again next year! Thanks so much!
