So impressed - they called me within 2 - 3 minutes of my submission on Service Magic. I had a little home improvement project (replace a pedestal sink's faucet and drain) that went poorly and the drain past the trap was leaking. Tech was called out for 3 different duties. 2 out of the 3 were handled in nearly a complete fachion.Repacking the stems in bathroom #2 seem to be complete repair. A faucet replacement still need to have the pop-up fixed and the leak in the master bath still hasn't been resolved. Looks like the tech stopped a bit short of stopping the leak by thinking that the faucets were the only problem. ...
