This is the most unprofessional plumbers I have ever worked with. THey destroyed the plumbing in my house . I had to spend thousands to get another plumber to fix their mistakes.
Unprofessional, rude, filled with BS made up fees. Not competent to perform the tasks committed to prior to service “attempt”
They are not capable of clearing drain lines. The Owner is a licensed plumber, but sends a “child” apprentice that knows nothing about the work and is 100% incompetent.
Your going to get stuck with a big bill and have the same problem when they depart as when they arrived. They will also cause a huge mess in hour house, have no concern for trampling furniture, knocking over anything in their path.
Stay Clear! Use another company!
I recently used drain doctor despite the negative reviews because they were the only ones that came out in the middle of a storm when no one else wanted too. The plumber was extremely polite and helpful and was able to clear my main drain quickly. The price was fair and I would definitely use them again.
