I called on a Sunday and was greeted by Claude Drabek, himself. He sent a technician to my house the same day to repair my a/c. He even called afterwards to follow up and make sure I was happy and the house was cool. Great company.

Rude, worst ever customer experience. Set up and appointment with them on Tuesday, had to wait until Friday. They showed up 1 hr late and nobody on the phone nor the technician ever apologized....
