The practice makes one feel if they are not wealthy they would get a reduced level of care as you have to pay to access differing levels of contact with staff and doctors - more money paid into a plan = more and better access.

Would definitely recommend. Besides being the best renal physician in Cleveland, he is so highly respected by his peers and hospital/rehab staffs. That is as much a testament to his level of care/concern as everything else. He is pragmatic, creative and extremely intelligent about solutions to help the patient live with and survive kidney disease. He is accessible and very communicative...
