I have been a patient of Dr Ende's for a good part of 40+ years. I find him to be an excellent doctor. He truly cares for his patients, he listens to you, his bedside manner is excellent. Some people just don't realize that his practice is busy, and sometime you have to wait a little longer due to emergencies, etc. For the most part you get in on time, you see one of his Nurses and then...

That office staff is a JOKE!!! Knows little,lies and rude to patients. Kept me on hold for more than 40 mins. I drove to the office and was STILL on hold when I got there! Doesn't call back with results of lab work.
Will NEVER go back there.
If only the doctor knew how they handle that office. And Belinda , it's time to go.

Nice doctor who cares when you can get a hold of him. I don't know if the problem is with the staff but calls with important questions for the doctor are meet with "I will pass it along and call you back."
Never seems to happen leaving you hanging.
