I've been going to Dr. Specs for years and I've always been treated fairly and seen quickly. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Ryan is a very personable physician. No problems here.

Worst optical shop I ever seen. Bad attitude..do not expect any respect or customer service once you bought the glasses. To sum up..simply avoid it.
