When trying to make an appointment, I was told Dr. Kelly is not taking new patients, and probably would never take on more patients.

Dr Kelly is the most caring doctor my wife and I have ever experienced. He spends quality time with us as patients, listens to our concerns, and we consider him and his staff as friends.
