Very caring provider. He is at the forefront of Cystic Fibrosis research and is extremely knowledgeable about treatment options. He is an advocate for the patient with insurance companies. I would definitely recommend to cystic fibrosis patients.

(Update from prior visit). He told me I did not need surgery, although I was in constant pain and my leg and ankle were cramping nightly, which is very painful. I went to another neurosurgeon who ordered a myleogram that showed a huge herniation and two pinched nerves. My disc is so thin and needs a spacer between the vertebrae and a spinal fusion. Two years ago I would have given this practice a 5 star review, and I still think Dr. Harper is one of the best, but the office staff and other practitioners are just not up to par. The staff forgot about me in the waiting room at my last appointment and never apologized. It's been over 2 weeks since this appt and I'm still waiting for them to call in the prescriptions that were recommended....
