Dr Mashaw has been a compassionate and hard working physician. He took care of me in the hospital and afterwords called to make sure I was doing OK and even came by our house on the day after I was discharged to make sure I was transitioning well. He has wonderful bedside manner and worked hard in the hospital while I was sick to try and make everything as efficient as possible for my care....

Dr. Mashaw is very caring and patient at the bedside. His bedside manner is amazing and he helped me through a very stressful situation. He even called on a weekend to review a test with me.

Dr. Mashaw is very caring and knowledgeable. He explains his medical advice and spends as much time as he can with his patients. He even came to my mothers house one time to check on her when she couldn't make it to clinic.

Follow-up is horrible. I went 3 months without a thyroid med then when finally put on the new one it took her 2 months to put in a lab test to see if it was at the right level. I had also been suffering from extreme back pain and it took around 6 months of suffering before she did an MRI..no xrays were ever done. I asked for pain meds (which I only use at night to be able to sleep) and she...

This Doctor needs a class in how to take care of his elderly patients in nursing home. Just because a patient has dementia and in her 80's is no excuse not to provide medical care when patient is in pain. Patients should always be treated with dignity and respect.I would not recommend his services to anyone. I also am going to file an official complaint regarding his medical neglect of an...
