Obviously put making money above customer service. Excessive wait times of 2 hours or more and a rude staff that thinks this is normal and should be expected.

I've taken my mother twice to Dr. Foote, he is great BUT his staff and/or scheduling is HORRIBLE! My mother and I waited for AT LEAST 2 hours past her appointment time. I understand every patient requires time, BUT 2 - 3 hours of sitting around waiting? I am switching my mother to a doctor which has more concern about seeing his patients and not trying to pack his schedule and pocket book. ...
