She was great. The staff is great. I can't say I have any complaints. She know why I was there before she walked in. She had a plan of action.

Dealing with Dr Assi has been awful. First, it was very difficult to get an appointment, or even a return phone call. I had to communicate with them through my referring physician's office. She refused to see me when I had been seen by my referring physician. I couldn't come in until my infections caused fevers, which landed me in the hospital. Lastly, she refused to fill out my FMLA paperwork....

My mother was referred to Dr. Assi's office, due to chronic reoccurring infections. We found that her office staff (nursing staff not front desk) are not friendly, and are downright rude at times. Especially considering, that they are dealing with patients with infections, and are not feeling well. Since I'm in the medical field also, it saddened me to see the staff behave in such manner...

I have a very difficult time scheduling urgent appointments. They rarely return my calls and takes them up to 5 days to return calls to my referring specialist (which is how I have to resort to getting an appointment every time). Dr Assi and her staff are not very friendly. I don't feel like they want me there.
