Office staff very short and not helpfull.
Unwilling to assist with correcting diagnoses code to insurance company.
Dr. failed to explain results of procedure and test results.
Had to jump through hoops to finally get codes corrected.

Dr. Lisa Stevens is very thorough and caring doctor . She takes the time to listen to you and explains things very carefully so you understand . I'm glad to have her as my gastrologist I would recommend her to anyone especially my family members . PE Ratliff -Garfield New Jersey
