Poor care of my mother. Continued to renew prescriptions of drugs she wasnt supposed to be taking, recommended she not drive due to cognitive/memory issues but didnt let anyone else know and never questioned how my mother continued to return (she drove) etc. Terrible follow up by her and her staff we only figured everything out when we moved her in with us.
