I was a new patient with first time kidney stones with questions and concerns. He was arrogant, rude and impatient. Instead of taking time to talk to me, he left the room and returned with a sheet of paper that he handed me, he then told me to read it and walked out of the room. If you want a great doctor, then look no more. Dr Helfer is not only a very good doctor, he has a great bed side manner. You feel like you've always known him. The best thing that I like most is his positive nature. My wife and I are very positive people and we find that with Dr. Helfer.

Teresa has been seeing my son for a little over 6 months and the changes in him are amazing! He went from not speaking at all to full 5/6 word sentences. He also enjoys his time with her.
