Dangerous Activity
Given medication I was deathly allergic to. I distinctly asked if it contained the substance and was told no. I only found out after the pharmacy caught it. Thank God they discovered the error. This happened (shockingly) 3 times within a month. Tests ran were later confirmed to be incorrect.
