I had seen Dr Lanning several years ago..myexpierence.be was great..several days ago I tried again to make an appointment. Had my insurance card but the receptionist said I need an additional one that was blue and white.for billing reasons..After calling my insurance I was told I shouldn't need the blue and white card.so I called back to Dr Lanning office and still the receptionist challenged...

I have been going here for two years, did not like my last optometrist, he was grumpy. This place is wonderful and you don't have to wait forever to get an appointment..was pleased with their selection of budget glasses starting at $1oo. These are good people who offer quality care, and accept medical.

My last visit to an optometrist was so long ago I can't even remember when. See, I'm a journalist and my eyeballs are glued to a computer monitor all day. Kills my eyes. So I figured I'd better get some frames on my face soon, or else it'd be a service dog I'd need and not a prescription.

I came in for my appointment and Janice greeted me by name as soon as I stepped foot inside. Of course...

Just returned from picking up my glasses at Dr. Lanning's shop -- to say I'm thrilled with every aspect of the process, from the initial eye exam to the selection of regular and sun glasses, to the general courtesy, kindness and professionalism of this group is to understate my opinion.
