I've never had to wait over an hour to see a Dr here. We talked about my pain. She then gave me a shot in the hip that didn't work at all. A bit worried that she's only rated 3 stars

I looked forward to today's apt. with Dr. Kroopf and was completely satisfied with the office visit. She reviewed my notes and zeroed in on the fact that I was due for another lumbar epidural. She did not veer off course and provided a solution to my problem.
