Help us make it rightDr. Torok and her staff were great from the moment I stepped in the door! They were very friendly and professional. When I go for my monthly appointment I never have to wait more then 5 minutes to be seen. Dr.Torok is always very good at explaining exactly what she is doing and how it will help me achieve the great smile I am looking for!

After discovering, I was being ripped off, I decided to cancel my treatment. Generally, orthodontists will give you the opportunity to cancel; however, in my case they assumed it would be easier to victimize me. Basically, her office was charging me $7,000 for a standard braces and another office was charging me $3,500 for the exact same treatment plan. Even with my cancellation, they still are trying to make me pay $7,000 and threatening me with collections. For the record, I have already paid in $2,000. Note, I have only went into their office for consultation and one single treatment
They seem to care more about charging you extra fees than going above and beyond to make sure their clients are comfortable and taken care of. Human nature at its worst..
Dr. Torok has provided comfortability for me and my siblings for years. I feel at home with all the nurses, and they always make sure I'm alright. I highly recommend going to this office
