I really enjoyed Dr.Black's office which is saying something. I never thought going to the dentist could be enjoyable.

I was in pain and requested an emergency visit. The staff did everything possible to get me in timely, offering to allow me to see either Dr. Black, which resulted in my seeing a "new dentist to me" during a difficult time. However, I can now say that both dentists are wonderful not only at their craft but also with the patient and ensuring that every patient is comfortable.

Small replacement filling done at gum line for one that had fallen off. Smooth- excellent filling, perfect color match, pain free, all done in less than an hour : )

Dr. Black was born in Conroe, Texas and moved shortly after to Hempstead, Texas where his father opened a dental practice. After graduating from Hempstead High School as Valedictorian, he moved to College Station where he received his Bachelor of Arts at Texas A&M University in Spanish. He fell in love with the town and with his future wife Jami Curlee.
