She is a straight forward spoken smart doctor I have worked here in the past. I refer everyone I can who have any issues to her because she takes pride in her work an will not give your wrong advice. Trust an do what she suggest an you will see results.
No bedside manner whatsoever. The staff was helpful but Feldman is just rude. If I hadn't already moved out of state I would have found a new doctor.
Went to Dr. in Dec. Signed many documents the receptionist asked me to she said to get all my records plus blank in case there was anything else needed. Said follow-up after records came in. Got Echo on Jan 9. On Jan 23rd, I called to ask about follow up and woman who answered did not understand why I wanted an appointment. They hadn't gotten any. Got appt. still no records. Both visits heard...
FIVE STARS. Dr. Jen has handled my medical care extremely well. She helps organize a team approach and the staff has been very nice. My pain went away and now I just follow-up for may annual visits.
