Lost power for 9 days back in 2009 - their response - let's raise rates to pay for their misuse of $ - not repairing and upgrading equipment for years to add to their exorbitant profits resulted in this extended time with no power.

i have babies here at my home, one which is on a breathing machine, i have tried to make payment arragnments with dp&l but they r so greedy they don't care what happens to other ppl just as long as they got what they need, greedy money hungry ppl, i tried to make payment arragments , and they will not even let me do that, this eletric company s u c k s dont get them if you dont have to.
