It took a month to repair my machine after every excuse in the world. After 2 days usage the machine smoked and nearly caused a fire. Would not honor warranty because it was a cash repair and was not invoiced. Carrie and her assistant was rude and nasty. I have had excellent service here. I took my machine in an hour before closing because it refused to sew properly. The owner stayed an hour after closing to make sure she fixed my machine. Somehow I had gotten lots of thread tangled in the machine, and she had to take off the housing and other items …

Carrie is so gracious and the machine work is fast and reasonible.. The dtsc is getting wonderful fabric, embrordry disks, i can;t wait to take the class for machine quilting. I only wish that the meeting /work area was bigger. . it is great for small groups. Carrie always has what i need or can get it for me. Hope they stay around for a long time.
