I ordered flowers for my girlfriend - had them delivered to a large office building downtown - they were delivered on time, my girlfriend loved them - she said they were high quality flowers and smelled great (i never saw them). they came in a vase (not a box).

When i ordered it was not a holiday so not sure if the service is the same during busy season...

Since I had to be away on business, I called four days in advance prior to Valentines Day 2006 to pre-pay an order to have flowers sent to my wife for the holiday. The flowers were never delivered.
