one month later

The service rep did come and spent less than 10 minutes.  I will not be allowing Downeast to do any further work, but will be engaging a neutral company to confirm the diagnosis and repair what is needed.Bur seriously! What a shame it took my complaining publicly plus a whole month  for this to be handled.  I know that more time was wasted by Downeast employees responding to my complaint than...

Hi Jennifer,I know that Sue, the manaer at the Springvale office, did finally reach you after several attempts and they sent a tech to your building.My understanding is that the issue you are having is not related to the valves that Downeast installed but a circulation issue.  Please let us know if we can help. Thanks,Angie Helton207-653-0365

still waiting for some action. contacted the local office - again - but so far no one let me know they will be out ot have been out to look at their work. nice PR but not so good on the action.
