Wow! I dropped an office laptop off at 6:00pm and received a call at 10:00am the next day, asking when i would like to pick it up. All staff members are very knowledge and friendly. Great environment! This place will not let your business skip a beat! Nice job guys, customer services is hard to find these days!

we had already received an estimate. they had to come over and "see tv" during the one hour we get ready for work. then we didn't hear back. i called 3 days later and they were waiting for the tv mount. these are available at many local dealers for mkuch less than we were charged. by saturday, we gave up and contacted service magic to find someone else to put tv up.
