A person Doug Cleckner is all about himself! As a former employer he told a customer he does not work on these TURDS! and thought he was better than anyone other shop around!His dad told me not to hire him!

brought my car in for simple carb. rebuild [a 1 barrel carb] doug says because it needs to be soaked clean and the choke needs to be reset.It will cost $180-$210 .I said for a one barrel carb ? what is he crazy?I told him I could get a rebuilt one from any auto store for $144. He says the choke and specs wont be set on those.I drove off found two brothers in Clearwater that only repair...

GREAT MECHANIC! I always feel taken care of at Doug s Auto. They have fair prices, which is sometimes not the case when you are a woman and don t know much about cars like me. They re friendly, quick, honest, and do a great job.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Horrible customer service and will take you for all you are worth. No communication amongst mechanic and customer. Very disatisfied and will never be a customer again. Do be warned of the unsatisfactory work.

Horrible quality of work which included duct tape! Customer service was non-existent. Do not have your car worked on at this shop. You will not be satisfied.
