It sounds like other people have had similar experiences, but we were given an estimate and after doors were installed, we were told a difference much higher price that was not agreed upon. Terrible and unethical way to conduct business. Now we are stuck with the doors because they will not take them back. I'd rather have nothing on my house then these doors.

DON'T use them ! 1) the quality of the door was so bad, that they agreed the doors needed replacement, 2) communication was HORRIBLE ( the day I expected the doors to be installed, they didn't show up, I called them and found out that they had not gotten our doors yet), 3) I was not able to get in touch with the owner until I threatened to call The BBB, and 4) the day of the install, they did...
