Tried all travel sites to get a room in downtown Milwaukee July 20-22 but later found out the city was booked due to annual meeting of Northwestern Mutual Insurance. Summary: Great location, nice rooms, would definitely stay at again. Pros: -Room furnishings are on the newer side and clean -walking distance or short cab ride from most Milwaukee attractions -decent gym with weights, elliptical, and treadmill -valet parking costs only $12/day Cons: -no free parking available

This was our second year traveling to Milwaukee for a conference at the Midwest Airlines Center, and the Doubletree will be where we return next year!
