Stayed here with my teenage daughter last week. Unlike a previous reviewer, I did not find the room aesthetics to be pretentious (my 19 year old loved the room too). Sure you will find modern boutique hotels in NY whose decor is more expensive and stylish, but also at 3-4 X the price! The value is really hard to beat...
