We were without electricity due to a winter storm. When I called to book a room, the front desk told me that they were offering a reduced rate for those affected by the outage. I was very pleased with the room as well as with all the staff. The housekeeper met us in the hallway and was very cordial. Because I live in the area, I knew this would be my first choice. It as a beautiful hotel , food was amazing. We were there on our anniversary, and when we got to our room, they surprised us with champagne. People there were very nice. We will go again. I can't understand what any of negative reviews are talking about. It truly was a great time there.
