Waited 40 minutes for an airport shuttle that didn't show up. Took a taxi instead. Was here for a 3 day meeting session. This place could use some TLC. Front desk service only average with a fairly low care factor...they're not going above and beyond for you here.

There is a Westin across the street

If you like stained carpets, dark hallways, peeling wallpaper, water shooting out of a toilet crammed up against the bathtub, and the sound of a rumbling engine (that's the sound of your room fan - not the nearby airport) while you sleep, then this is the place for you. If not - there is a Westin across the street.

Paper Thin Walls

The walls of my room were paper thin. For multiple hours one evening I could hear the guest in the room next to mine talk on the phone as loud as possible. I could hear every word this man said. This was a problem for multiple guests in our party as well. I contacted the front desk and they did...

Great service...run down property

Great service with professional & nice staff. Lousy food and the property was run down. I stay at Hilton and DoubleTree all the time and this one is sub-par. Stayed for business and location was important. I needed a restaurant for business and the food was not good. I can't recommend this hotel until they take care of the property...

Worst Housekeeping and Breakfast Staff. We had experienced series of issues with this hotel and had reported it over 7 times each consecutive day. Every day the front desk staff use to assure they will fix the issue and it kept of repeating and they continued to cut the sorry face each time. I was here for 17 days due...
