Piss poor

Worst stay ever as a Hilton honors member and never again would I stay here. I would never go back here because its a joke and bad service from the start. I would suggest nobody ever stay here and go somewhere else

We Enjoyed Our Weekend

This is a large hotel with all features you would expect from a Double Tree.
The desk staff was very professional and helpful. The same holds true to for the cleaning personal we interacted with.
The room was large and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stock with amenities.

I only stayed for two nights and was tied up in a meeting most of the time, but the room was perfect (overlooking the pool area which would be pretty cool if I had my family with me) and the Buffet Breakfast was very, very good. Hilton Gardens

Especially nice if you stay more than a night, living room, bedroom, couch. Fair value, I will be looking to stay at this brand more often. Nice facility, restaurant, bar. It would be nice if hotels had designated smoking areas with heat and wind proofing.

Absolutely horrible

I booked a poolside view weeks in advance for my kid & I. We were able to check in early, we go to our room, it's a little warm. We turn on a/c & head down to pool. After our swim our room is even hotter. I called front desk for 20 min with no one answering. Finally get through,...
