They need to fire their BILLING MGR! He is a LAIR and doesn't do what he says he will do! He told me to toss my bill as I had him on speakerphone to boot my fiance heard him tell me to throw the bill away for a Brace I have never worn because I wanted to make sure it was paid for. I called them every time I got a bill and he SAID he would fix it which He fixed me alright and sent it to collections! I called to ask why he told me to toss the bill and he tried to LIE and say he never said that which is NOT true because I have a witness! All he can tell me is to fight it out with medicare when I called them they said they did not provide the documents to get it approved correctly. Now I have to write MEDICARE a letter to tell them all of this that transpired because now it is considered a late claim. THIS SO-CALLED MANAGER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!. AND supposedly he claims Mr. Willis will not speak to me so I will fight it through medicare and when I do they best get it off my credit! DO your job and stop lying to the customers!
