Don's Auto Body, Inc. - on Union Road in Buffalo / Cheektowaga, NY - provided me with unsatisfactory service.

In restoring a classic car, Don's Auto Body billed me above and beyond the agreed upon estimate, without ever contacting me for permission to do so during the almost 5 months in which the shop had my vehicle.
