Donna's Custom Framing, located next to the front entrance of Encinal Market, offers free estimates and reasonable rates. Owned by Donna Schaff, this shop specializes in framing, art restoration, cleaning and patching old paintings. The shop is also a great stop for broken frames, knickknacks, fix broken china, wood figures, porcelain and scratched art.
