This was the worst experience with dry cleaning. I was told my cleaning and shirts would be done on a Tuesday and a Wednesday. Stopped after 5 on Wednesday and no shirts. Stopped again on Thursday at 1, no shirts. Asked for the manager and after several minutes was told the manager was interviewing and would call me. NO call back. Stopped again at 530 and no manager a d was told they weren't...

I took 8 valances to Don Royal Cleaners on Mt. Royal Blvd. in Shaler on Monday December 2. I was told at that time the charge would be $97.00. I picked them up a week later, and found that the small tassels on 4 of the panels were either torn or missing. I was not given an explanation or discount but I did get a plastic baggie full of string! I am very disappointed.
