I had an emergency the day of a performance with an instrument breaking. Called in and brought it in, had it fixed in under 5 minutes. Went above and beyond fixing more than was required. Grade A...

The best store by far in the Tampa Bay Area. If you are a newbie they will respect that and teach you anything you need to know, or if your a pro your mind will be blown. These guys know what they are talking about, teaching about, and sell great instruments at a good price. All hail don banks

The administration is exceptionally rude. They hung up the phone while we were trying to reschedule a class for our daughter. When I called them back he said this is what do when people do not listen to me.The manager told the only emergency to reschedule a class is death in the family. On the other side Ms Lorna was very good.
