Their customer service is AWFUL. We waited over an hour and half for our minivan and then they gave us a piece of crap that was FILTHY! I needed to wipe down the inside with CLOROX wipes before letting my kids in - but we were desperate to get on the road. They are cheaper, but I'd pay more $$ for better quality customer service and a better quality vehicle. We ended up swapping it out for...

I need the president of the copmany to contact me asap!!! Your company putting your customers life in danger. None of the employees in the company were trainned. The story will be out to public if i dont hear from the president.

This is a really horrible rental agency. The customer service is awful and the employees are very very UNPROFESSIONAL. They charge you more than what they mention in the contract and for silly reasons. I had to wait for an hour to return the car. They made another charge on my credit card almost a month after I returned the car. So if you ever swiped your credit card there, watch out!!!!
