This is a franchise location and NOT owned by the corporate. Which means the owner has free

rein to abuse the system.Also, the Corporate and Franchise location use different IT system and if you happen

to get stuck and call roadside assistance they treat you like a step child and jerk you around. Terrible

experiance- Never Rent from this location.
