DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT IT. I left my dog here for about 5 days while I went out of town. Upon picking him up I felt something rough under his neck. I lifted his head up to find his neck completely chewed up with NO fur left and dried and oozing fluid. What's even more surprising is the guy working there thought this was acceptable animal care. We have had no problems with this facility. I think it's very clean considering how many dogs are there. My dog also comes home happy and tired. I haven't used the man for grooming because the grooming costs are twice the cost of what I pay elsewhere. But I think the previous reviewer needs to get over the fact his dog was bitten. They don't allow dogs back that bite. But these ARE DOGS. ... more

We took our puppy in for a trim - the staff was friendly enough but we asked for a 1/2 inch off and instead they cut it down to only a 1/2 inch (meaning they cut 3+ inches!!). It is hair and it will grow, but considering how choppy and uneven the hair cut was, save your money and do it yourself.
