Dog Boarding, Dog Day Care, Dog Training Open play space for dogs, they are not in kennels all day.
The place smells real bad outside. They have a real small potty dog pen that all the dogs share. The dogs are allowed to lay around in the potty gravel. They even have pictures on their web page and Facebook of them doing this. The pen gets cleaned by squirting a little pinesol on the gravel, then running a sprinkler. The noise is a constant. Not only can you hear the dogs barking constantly, but you hear employees yelling at the dogs. I'm a resident that lives in the neighborhood behind, and have witness this kind of behavior daily. Todd and Wendy will not install web cams, (like most places have now days) for one reason only, to hide what really goes on. They put on a good show for anyone. They are not accredited by the B.B.B either. I suggest to all, before you consider this place, do some investigation first. A good place to start would be the folks that see and hear the daily activities. The residents around them. Go knock on a couple doors, I'm sure they'll be happy to tell you all about it.
They do not know what they are doing there and dont care about the dogs. Our dog was sick when we picked her up but we were never notified via an emergency no. or by email nor any vet was ever contacted. One of the girls told us that our dog did really good as we were paying but another came in as we were leaving and said that maybe we should take her to a Vet as she has an urinary infection and upset stomach. Our dog looked sick and very thin. She also smelled of urine. As were walking out the door she also told us that our dog is also limping without any explanation. We left a healthy dog and it took her weeks to recover from the ordeal. Be very careful with them as it appears to be very promising when you first walk in.
Not accredited by the B.B.B. Way too small for the capacity of dogs. They say they don't create, but have an entire front room full of them. The sicko owners watch their neighbors kids, in their own back yard, through a security camera out the back. At night, rats everywhere. Not a place for my dog.
Beau and Jack wouldn't go anywhere else! Wendy and her staff truly care about our dogs and they are always excited to go there and sleep for days when they come home. Our pups our senior dogs and need a little extra attention which they always get.
